Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
